What a great company! Heads above the previous group we used for our termite bond. We switched to Carolina Exterminating a few years ago and couldn’t be happier. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. Drew caught some moisture problem areas this year that we were able to take care of before they became major repairs. So, of course, when we had some strange bug infestation recently, we called Carolina Exterminating to help. Aurelio was excellent!!! Problem solved. We’re so relieved to know they’ll be out quarterly with pest control service and we can call with any issues in between.

Andrew was very professional and easy to work with. He came out to our house to assess our house for termites and was very thorough. He then came out to treat the house to prevent termites from the structure of the house. Andrew did a terrific job and was once again very thorough with the treatment of the house. Outstanding Service! We have used Carolina Exterminating for several years & they’ve been great. But our Termite Bond was with another company from when we purchased our home. We found out that company did not cover Formosan Termites. A common & very destructive pest here in SC. Carolina does cover them. The Owner himself answered all our questions for a very fair & reasonable price. Andrew has been our Service Technician for several years & is now a Termite Specialist. He is also a great young man. We highly recommend Carolina Exterminating!
